That’s funny coming from a person who gets snowed in half of the year. It’s adapting. In the mid section of the country they had storm shelters. Yes I’ve seen plenty of houses on stilts. My brothers father in law did on Long Island. The bottom had break away walls. The guys boat is probably at a storage vacility that he would drive his vehicle to swap. If the boat was there it probably would float away.
