Front 2.5 Leveling Kit problems!!

Hello everyone, i been using this forum for information since i got my truck so i decided to join. I have a 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 z71 , I installed a MotoFab 2.5 leveling kit on the front end. My truck is sitting at 39-1/8 in the front and 39-5/8 in the back so 1/2 in difference it still looks pretty leveled. I noticed my UCA is closer to the bump stop in the passanger side than the driver side. I didnt touch the adjustment bolts during installating of the blocks so i dont know if it came like that from factory or if something shift doring the process. The truck rides great no issused noted while driving , but im going to do some mild off roading in the weekend and i wanted to see if this is a concern i should have. If the UCA hits the bump stops would something get damaged? If so how can i correct this issue? Do i need to buy after market UCAs? Which do i get? Im still running the factory wheels saving for some 33s . I aligned my truck today , the mechanic said the camber was off, but everything is good now as far as alignent. Im going to post some pics to see if anyone can help me please and thank you.

At least you have bump stops. Mine doesn’t have them at all. Not sure if they fell off or what, but I don’t remember seeing them them when putting my level kit on. aa331db7b1a26cdbc7c732933ce64dfa.jpgb1108e4ad0c05b20cd1b1c5d34e7871d.jpg

Oh wow! Do you noticed any noises or felt anything?? Yours is lifted?

Yes i have the 5100’s on it now but had a procomp 2.25” lift. Never felt or heard any weird noises and the dealer never mentioned anything at anytime when it goes in for services.

Why would they make you do that? Then the cognito UCA is just for more strength? It wont help with the angles?

It has a beefier ball joint and helps correct that angle. But it’s not magic it can’t fix the steep angle you’ve introduced by raising your front end 2.5”. So to gain necessary clearance you need to cut the perch out. As long as you don’t regularly go airborne or cause full droop your stock shock and coil assembly should be fine, as it doesn’t contain an internal bumper like most aftermarket coil overs do. Ideally straps would be used in this situation to limit down travel but no one makes a set for 1500s that I’ve seen.
