Help with order

I ordered 5/28 and still sitting at 1100 with no production date. Here is truck specs. Can someone tell me why it is not being built? I see other HC with more stuff on it than mine that are sitting on the lot up north.

I have heard of some trucks being pulled for Quality Control issues.

One I know of has had poor paint on their new 2019 Black Trail Boss.

Had to have hood Repainted.

Did your dealer actually have allocation and or did they even order your truck when they ordered?

Dealer is going to let me know something tomorrow. Another dealer ordered another just like mine Saturday. See which one gets here first. I have order numbers if you can check to see exactly which one it is.

Ordered a 2019 LTZ in silver on Saturday 18 th. Called today and they said it was at 2000. Order accepted by Chevrolet. No production week scheduled yet.

Checked this morning and both still at 1100. Don't make sense.

Talked to the dealer and the 22s (RVA) that are in 99% of the high country pictures and videos that GM put out are on constraints.

Question how do you check your status on Chevrolet.com or even gmc.com?

Go to chevrolet.com and scroll all the way to the bottom and click chat.  It will give you a drop down menu and select check on my order.  It will go to another screen and you put in your information and order number.  

 

I found out that it only updates on Tuesday or that's what I was told.

Just got word on our Summit white AT4 6.2l crew cab. We're code 3300 with a TPW of 9/3. cant wait!

Chevy really doesn't help the High Country's out in the wheel dept. I love that the HC gets black interior option now but those wheels are just mehhhh.
