2014, door opens when locked

I just recently noticed my rear passenger door opens from the outside even when the doors are locked. I discovered it the other day when I had started my truck remotely and my daughter was able to open the door before I actually unlocked it. I thought at first it was a glitch that happened when I started remotely. But today I discovered it opens with or without the truck running. At least the alarm goes off every time it gets opened. I plan to call the dealership tomorrow. But I’m just wondering if anyone has had this issue? Of course I would have never discovered if my daughter hadn’t tried to open the door. And it’s the only door that opens. I tested them all.

I’ve noticed my drivers side rear doesn’t always lock when I use the remote. In my case the the plunger/poper doesn’t go down when it does it. Does yours? Is it down all the time? I’m guessing either your lock solenoid is shot (if you can lock/unlock it manually pull the interior handle twice when locked) or the lock rod got knocked off the solenoid or handle (if you hear the solenoid clicking when unlock/locking with power)  Unfortunately either or of the above the door panel has to come off to fix. I forget but I think if I remember right these trucks have the child safety switch on the door edge somewhere? I’d double check it’s not stuck somewhere between on & off.

It was the solenoid. I have the extended warranty so I took it to my local dealership and had it fixed.
