22s????

Looking to upgrade from 20” rims to 22”, 22x9 so a factory size but ive heard a lot of people saying theres a bad vibration with those, tires would be a 33” ridge grap.. any advice?

Don't do it. They look great but the vibration is horrible and tires are expensive. I have a 2016 and put a 2.5 rough country level on it. Better going with 18s or 20s. Later on I am doing a 18 and 33 combo, plus it's not too great in the winter either175cea353680a48200a18f0533775e4d.jpg

These trucks are hit and miss with vibrations.  Wheels and tires wont be the cause if theyre balanced correctly. You probably just got hit with the chevy shake

Have the driveshaft balanced, check the pinion angle, check of the axle shafts are true or not

Converter has been 1 of the issues aswell

Factory 22’s with no issues. I have a couple of highway trips under my belt where speeds were over 65.

Factory 22's and tires, no shake, no shimmy....rides perfectly.  If the Wheels/tires are balanced correctly you shouldn't have any issues.

I don't get it, why is it my truck doing this not everyone else? The only thing I can think of is re doing the alignment again and getting rid of the rough country 2.5 in leveling kit ?

I have 22 on my truck (gm replicas not factory) but they ride surprisingly just as nice as the factory 18s did just  a little bit of road noise from the much wider tire i have

I bought these 22s for my truck from a guy that said they they did in fact vibrate. He had them road forced balanced, to correct the vibrations. and said that fixed them. I took a chance, but I also got them at a really good price. No vibrations so far. I love them
