I like my Under Cover Ultra Flex.  They have a front seal strip you add to the bed that's a little cheap (cheap piece of foam weather stripping), but seems to do the job and you don't see it unless the cover is removed.  I'll eventually replace it, but that's a very cheap and easy fix.  The cover is very easy to fold.  I miss the durability of the factory covers from my previous Avalanche and Escalade EXT (no one makes covers like those), but must admit this cover is easier to use.  With my last two trucks, if something slid to the front of the bed, I'd typically just crawl up in there as removing the covers took too long.  With this cover, it's so quick and easy to fold I just do that instead.

 

It seals relatively well.  I get a bit of water back around the tailgate, but some of that is how the tailgate is designed (nothing much you can do) and the pockets on top of the bed rails (I may get covers for that).  You have to make sure you push down hard when installing the bed rails, especially near the tailgate, or there could be a gap.  Still, that's not hard and you only do it once.

 

The cover is pretty easily removable, so where I liked that for the Lomax, it really isn't a benefit over this cover.  This cover looks nice and folds easily.  The rail mounted soft tool box it comes with is a nice add-on; it's a bit flimsy but great for ratchet straps, jump packs, and other light items.  Though my truck has the factory LED bed lighting, it is a pain to use as I'm not looking to go back and forth to the cab for 20 seconds of light.  These LED lights that come with the cover are pretty decent.  I mounted the control boxes high near the upper rear cargo hooks, routed the wiring through the factor holes and mounted the strips under the bed cover rails.  It looks fairly factory and is very functional.

 

I also got the cover on an Amazon Warehouse deal, so that saved me a good $250 over the next cheapest place I could buy it which made it an even easier decision.

WOW! That's an awesome deal! Sounds like you made a great investment! You made those dollars go a long way!

 

After scouring the internet...It looks like the UnderCover Ultra Flex retails for $979...other online retailers are selling it for $869...and you purchased it for how much? 729 or 619? Amazon Warehouse sells Used products? I didn't even know they did that! Pretty cool!

I just checked...I paid $738.75 after tax (free Prime shipping).  I believe this was either an unopened return or a best up box issue (though box wasn't in bad shape).  Nothing was missing, no sealed bags were open and everything was there.  

 

When I was looking, cheapest I could find besides this deal was about $950 shipped.

I ended up getting the Lomax. I like how you can flip the Bak Flip all the way up but then it blocks the back window.   The Lomax removes easily plus I don’t really haul anything that I need the bed wide open for.  In the rare case that I do, I’ll either remove it and leave it home or, lay it in the back seat area (crew cab).  I also got the BedRug.  Total for both was $1,400.

Was looking at the ArmorFlex model. Looks nice on your truck! I’ve just got the Undercover Flex Plain Jane that I’ve had for almost 4 years now. The hardware on the underside is starting to rust and corrode so I’m guessing it might be time to start thinking about a new one. I was also looking at the UltraFlex but am worried about that carpet becoming a sponge. It rains a lot in Western PA!

I got my solid fold 2.0 with my truck but I gotta say I really like it. The only time I've ever gotten water in my bed is when someone else reinstalled it after borrowing my truck. It definitely isn't as sleek as some of these options but I stand on it all the time and at 215 it doesn't give at all. It's super easy to clean my roof, my only complaint is that it's pretty heavy to take off and put on for one person but not impossible.
