Brown connector on BCM - Jumper  pin 10 Brn/wht to pin 22 Blue.

Fogs will come on with park/head lamps now. No need for diode.

Assume this for 2019  do you still need the diode for a 2017

No diode needed for the 2019.

Using a diode on the older trucks (2018 and down) was an option. I never used them.

Still illegal in most if not all states/territories to have fog lights and bright headlights on at the same time.  Around here, that's an easy (and expensive) ticket.  But as they say, your mileage may vary . . .

If your brights are on and you pass a LEO you deserve a ticket.

I've helped numerous LEO's with this mod dating back to 2010.

As a matter of fact all ALEA Tahoes have this mod.

This mod keeps the fogs on anytime the park lamps and/or headlamps(hi and lo beam) are on.

If you just want to keep them on with hi beams connect a diode  from pin 18 (bn/vt) to 10 (bn/white).

Setup this way you will have to initially  turn the fogs on manually to activate with lo beams.

has anyone done this yet on their 2019?  I swear that brown connector (and the wires) is much smaller when compared to the old K2 trucks.  Seems like a real job to get a diode inserted..

Just placed order for my diodes on ebay [emoji4]

Had this mod on my 17 and loved it.

Which ones should we bridge to make the cargo lights come on with reverse lights? I had that one and it was nice to unlock from far away and see all lights come on and shine through the parking lot!

Any way we can get the mirror work lights to stay on while the truck is in drive? I didn't realize the truck had to be in park for them to work but they it makes sense from a DOT stand point.
