Hello GM forums! Recently traded an ultra high mileage tacoma for a medium mileage Silverado LT1500 Z71 and i couldn't be happier! Got it just in time for the 15 million tons of white bullcrap to be let loose. Got a good test of the 4x4. Plan to keep it mostly stock and keep it low-key.

I'm right here with you brother in all this winter wonderlandness.  Congrats on your truck and if she's like my previous GM trucks, she's a snow tank.

thanks for the welcome! and yes foghorn, handled snow like a champ. we had a wet slippery slushy nasty snow and it did just fine. i'm used to having chunkier tread than i have but it still did very well. all that and it's comfortable!
