Disregard.... Issue Resolved

2019 AT4 6.2L, 2300 miles.... Upon start up I receive a message on the DIC that says "Replace Air Filter Soon". No other lights or difficulties. It will extinguish if you press the thumbwheel reset.  Sadly, it reoccurs on next start up. Any ideas about how to reset the light?

 

Edit.... please disregard. I found the reset buried in the DIC menus.....

Question would be,why did it trigger in the first place?

A great question Chris! And also one I am sure won't be answered in my lifetime! Should it reoccur, I will take it in and post again, but so far, no repeat.....

Some trucks were never set to 100% from factory programming. There has been a bunch with this issue. I think there is even a TSB on it. Basically reset and ride on.

Yeah, mine was at 95% with 8 miles on it. I just left it; close enough. I’ll probably upgrade it at some point anyway.
