Dealers hardly ever stock the standard bed crew cabs, and when they come in used they sit on the lot forever.  They are usually too long for most people and they don't fit in a lot of garages. You might have to order one.

I have that exact truck in my driveway. It is a rare beast, and was the only one I could find in the SF Bay Area.

my 2018  CC 6.6’ bed. I bought it knowing it won’t fit in my 19’ garage. Going to put up a 20’ - 26’ carport at a minimum or steel single garage soon.

Apologize for the delay and the drying wetsuit.

How do you like the 20's? I'm torn between 18s and 20s on the white AT4.

My garage measures 19' 10" with the shelves i currently have on the back wall. If I remove those, I am at 20' 10"....I should have 1 foot and 3 inches to play with, but I have not taken a tape measure to a standers bed truck yet......

We chose 20" wheels because I thought the MTR's would be too noisy, I will most likely put Brembo's on, and my wife said she wanted the 20's. The GY TrailRunners are a great onroad tire, and I'll see how they do offroad this weekend.

I have not driven the shortbed AT4, but my brother in-law bought a shortbed AT4 5.3L the day before us. My wife drove both extensively and said the shortbed is "a bit more bouncy but more maneuverable"...... I can say that the ride in our standard is plush, and softer than our prior 2016 Z71 with much better dampening and range. It only rides like a truck on cement freeways where it just jiggles up and down.

Thanks! I am going to try and get out next week and give them a drive.....Kinda frustrated with my local dealer, they reached back out to me and told me that the crew cab AT4 was not being produced in the standard bed yet, and that it "Does not exist yet".......I sent him the link of that truck and called his BS. Still waiting on a response. Just hate that I feel like I am being lied to already.

If that dealer has the truck you want why don't you just call them, try to negotiate a deal over the phone and have it shipped to you? People do it all the time, or depending on where you are (Your profile isn't set up) maybe just fly there and drive it back.

Cause I am being super indecisive about short bed vs standard bed.....I am taking 1 day next week and just going to drive them...see how they feel. Also, I am still waiting on my tax return....I don't wanna talk numbers with a dealer until I have every penny for my downpayment. Its a good thought though....The deal would have to be good enough to justify the added headache of shipment/transfer of the vehicle across the country, if not, may just settle for the shorted thats local.
