I have the 65688 on my 19 custom with a 5.3. Fit perfect with no mods needed and that shitty flappers gone.  Its  little louder at idle and deeper up to 4k at most . It mellows out wound up and rolling down the highway it's like stock. Minimal drone at 45-50 range rolling along.  As long as the pipes dont get rusty brown and look awful it was worth it.  

 

My only complaint is the 2 piece tail pipes with the band clamp. I may end up welding the pipes together to get rid of the clamps.
