LED Headlight Bulbs

Not sure if anyone has added LED headlight bulbs to their truck. I just added a set and now the dlr strip of LEDs are not lit up anymore instead the headlights are on. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. I'm new here just came from driving a AWD Toyota Sienna. We added a 4th kid so we need all the room we can get. Thanks

Well I ran the same bulbs in the Toyota for 2 years without an issue, the improved light output is worth the headlights being on with the DRL's.

Agreed , was it an older toyota? Newer vehicles have complicated things going on . Google it and and you  will see possibilities.  Maybe you have  reverse polarity happening becuase led bulbs are reversed compared to your car. Ground  issues as a result of the aftermarket part not a right fit, the system  may now be failing it its initial  tests because of your  led kit causing drls to be disabled

With each new vehicle year cars are now designed for oem parts only more and more.  Try putting your original  lights back in is everything back to normal? If reverse polarity issue you may be able to reverse  the led plug.
