Oil pressure change

Need some help, i have a 2013 seirra that was running about 25 psi of oil pressure at idle. When i got home it was at 18 psi  , its never been this low and i have a check engine light. Have not had a chance to read the code but i. Sure it has somthing  do do with it. Any ideas???

And how many miles are on your truck's engine?

95000 +/- im at 58% oil life. The oil is at 3/4 on the dip stick indicator. I was able to pull the code, P0521

It's been a few weeks, how is it now?

That video is awesome, i did what the video said and its sticks around the 30 to 40 psi. Thanks for the video!
