Where is the camera module? I had my rear camera replaced by the dealer but it didn't the problem.

So I just had the same issue with the back up camera on my 2019 GMC Terrain. Bought it used 2 months ago with ~50K and it happens just a few days over the "60 days" lemon law period... UGH!

I noticed that yours was under warranty, right?

So is it worth checking fuses, or just bring it in and mention that it's the "camera module".

Any other help, anyone?

I have a 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 and the blue screen just appeared. I have ordered a new camera, but after reading this, I have a feeling it will not fix the issue.

My 2019 Silverado has had the same issue, it usually pops up during cool damp weather and clears up after i have driven the truck awhile. I mentioned it to the dealer where i have had all my service / oil changes done and I was told that GM is aware of it and there would be an update sent to me truck. I haven't noticed if any updates were done but now that fall weather is here, I started seeing that same issue pop up again.

Hi - I just started seeing the same error / issue with the rear camera on my 2019 GMC Yukon XL- the display has Blue Screen with the message "Service Rear..". Appears that I am not alone and several of you are facing the same issue. Is it an easy fix.. something I can try doing (I am not that handy with repairs, so am a bit skeptical). or do i need to take the car to the GMC service center. Is it an expensive fix? or something that GMC thinks it should do for free given the commonality of the bug
