Have a Volvo and got 4 of 5 plugs out. One that wont come out. Have Used wd 40 liquid wrench, and PB blaster. Still wont budge. It gets to a point wont turn and worried if put any more force in to it it will break off. Any ideas?

Can you reach in there with a torch and heat it up a bit?  Not too much, just a bit.. If it has aluminum heads, forget it.

Happened to me on my K1500 with cyl 8. I just cranked that sucker. When the plug cracked I about had a heart attack, but the nut was still intact. I was more worried about putting the new plug in, thinking the old one was crossthreaded.

What year Volvo?

2007. Changed the plugs at a 100k. Now at 230k on it. Should have probably changed then sooner this time.

Yep

My suggestion would be trying an impact wrench if you can get to it with one.

This may shock it loose.

With aluminum heads always use anti-seize on new plugs.

Spray the plug with Breakfree CLP or WD40. Run the engine for 30 minutes to get it hot for the oil to work its way into the threads. Spray Seafoam in the intake. respray sparkplug with penetrating oil. Let it sit overnight.

Did use anti seize on the plugs before put them in. Use that stuff on every thing lol

Yes.  this is why i recommend people not go off of that 100,000 mile spark plug change stuff but rather 70,000 miles.

Did that with 2005 1500 at 100k the plugs came out easily. Finally got plug out this morning. Took few tries and sprayed every-time with PB blaster
