ac not working

First I want to say Hi to everyone new to forum. The problem I am having ac blowing hot air , checked fuses and relays all good, ac clutch is working checked lowside pressure reading is 28 lbs when clutch engaged . The truck is 2014 sierra 1500 

I welcome all help .

28psi is low for how warm it is in the summer. Should be well up around 45-55psi.

 

Sounds like the system is might be low on R134a. And if that is the case, you have a leak.

check the charge on the system if it is low, you have a leak. 9 out of 10 times its the condensor
