Check eng light came on 05 Silverado. MAF sensor , and the 2 lean codes mentioned above. Sometimes the engine light will go off for awhile then come back on. Runs good, no misfire. Would cleaning the maf take care of that code and any ideas on the others? Am I hurting anything by driving it until fixed

Sounds like the starting symptoms of a fuel pump going out. I ran mine for a year doing the same thing. I didn't run it until it quit but that's when my trouble started. May not be the same situation but just a possibility.

Checking fuel pressure would be a good idea. First check for vacuum leaks that would lean out the mixture, since it would be un-metered air the ECM can't account for

maybe also check to make sure all the bolts are in the exhaust manifolds.  For some of GM's engines, they have a tendency to break off over time, and it can allow fresh air to be drawn into the exhaust.

Update - cleaned maf sensor. Check engine light went off for about a day then back on. Has stayed on then once every few days it will disappear for half of the day then come back on. Going to check for vacuum leak fuel pressure etc. also wanted to ask if it is ok to run 87 super unleaded - that contains 10 percent ethanol I think? It's an 05 w 5.3 vin code t - not the e85 capable.

Yes, it's fine.

Literally everything has some sort of alcohol content unless it's E0 premium fuel.

Newer vehicles already are on that trend, they make the stoich ratio for the fueling 14.1-14.2 right out of the factory because E10 is the norm.
