Emergency Brake

So occasionally when I am parking my E-Brake will turn on without me touching the button.  Anyone else encountered this issue?

Normal. It applies the parking brake automatically once in awhile to keep everything moving freely and test the operation.

The parking brake will automatically engage if you have a trailer hooked or you looked at the camera that show the close up view of the hitch before shutting the truck off. It will also engage itself the truck is parked but being rocked back and forth.  And lastly it will sometime engage itself  to make sure the system is working properly per the manual.

It will also engage if you are parked on an incline as well...

I am fairly impressed by this parking brake.  It sets when I am about to hook up my trailer!
