LED Headlight puzzle

I have had LED headlights for 2 years and have been flawless. I noticed recently I have not been able to see very well and thought it was my eyesight.
Turns out it's not my eyesight. The LEDs are very dim. I have to turn on the fog lights to be able to see at all.
When I pull up behind another car I don't even see a cut line on the rear of the car in front of me.
What's going on? Bad LEDs?
I'm 12 hours from home and don't have a volt meter with me.
14 Silverado with Anzo Projector Beams.
When I look into the projector they are on just no intensity.

All lights will lose lumens over time whether they are LED,halogen or HID.Halogen filaments.HID arc tubes and LED chips produce a lot of heat.I've seen LED's burn up they got so hot.And all LED's or any bulbs aren't created equal. Some will break down quicker than others.

Do 14's have a daytime driving mode?

Yes,the 14'-15's use the low beam for DRL.Possibly at reduced voltage but someone else would have to confirm that.

Thanks I'm thinkning it's stuck in reduced voltage. I will have to pull the grill to confirm

Well I finally got a chance to tear it apart.
I had good voltage at the bulb but half the LEDs are out!.
I think I'm going back with HID.
