Nj law states that wheels cannot protrude  outward past your fenders.  Not enforced unless there is an 'attitude' problem on a vehicle stop.  .

I've never been pulled over for it but NH has the same law. Got hit with a fail at yearly inspection for it. I am debating finding a better shop that will ignore it because the flares that I've got are ****ing horrid.

 

Not to all, these websites are great guidelines but don't take them at face value. If you get in trouble with local PD it's best to be respectful and look up the law yourself, or look it up before hand if you're extra paranoid.

There is talk of banning lifted trucks (and guns) all together in Commie Canada. Next they will want horsepower limitations and take our Corvettes away for Climate Change purposes. Consider yourselves lucky down there, and wish us luck to kick out the black-face dictator Turdeau on the 21st.

No one needs a lifted truck, or a truck that can tow a lot, or a fast car. You should have only two options, a prius or honda ridgeline. (heavy sarcasm)

I hate this modern Orwellian Cancel-Culture we are living in in Canada. If it wasn't for my business and the fishing, I would probably move to Texas too.

I couldn't agree more man. I have an awesome job I love at a large tech company (you know the name and use multiple products) but working there is painful at times. I commute down to Boston and it's never been great there but by god it's getting worse. Makes me want to pack my bags up and take a far lesser paying job just to not have to deal with it.
