Pellet Stove Insert - Have One ? Brand - Opinions

A friend is considering installing one of these.

Looking for info.

The house we use to live in had a wood stove. Would have loved to have had a pellet stove.  How big a space is going to be heated?

 

I found this and it seems to have some good information.

Make sure that it has blowers(fans to push the hot air). my grandfather got one and found out that it only creates heat but doesn't push it anywhere. 

From other experience they seem nice and work well.

I have a Harman Accentra pellet stove insert,  installed it 11 years ago and only things replaced to date is blower motor and ignitor. 
 

I typically burn 3-5 tons of pellets depending on the winter. 
 

Biggest thing is, how well insulated is the house?
