Give it to me what do you all think. Is it going to get better. Is 0% the best deal GM is going to give us. I see Ford has $5000 and 0% for 60 months. Im not thinking 0% for 72 or even worse 84 months is what people want. I don't want to pay for a truck for 7 years. With all the bad news lately is Gm going to help themselves boost truck sale. Truck month I think every month is truck month. What you all got ??????????????

That new deal expires March 31. If this drags out, which it certainly seems like it will, I’m thinking we may see some money off plus 0 for 72 months or something like that instead of picking one of the other. I don’t want or need to pay for a truck for 7 years so I think I’ll hold out and see what happens.

10 trillion and counting has evaporated. GM can discount trucks over 10k and still make over 10k? Things have to change!

For clarification, truck month ends for the holidays. Usually for the best holiday deals ever[emoji106] Then it’s back to truck month. With the same deals. Sometimes they break for employee pricing. Which are the same deals.[emoji2957]

I just got a call from a dealer who told me GM added another $1000 rebate yesterday afternoon but I am not seeing that anyplace.

I thought that I read that May tends to be a good month to buy (Memorial Day sales). Following trucks sales myself, it seems that every other month or so a good deal is to be had.

The UAW wants them to shut down the plants.  Just seen that headline moments ago.

I think that the odds are good that deals will be better, but I don’t want to wait too long because inventory may dry up.

Dealers around me have added that $1000 rebate on their websites.  It is some sort of regional auto show discount and does not show up on the GMC website.

My friend just bought a loaded $57000.00 2020 trail Boss yesterday he got $3000 off from dealer, $1000 rebate from GM and 0% for 84 month. So he left the dealership with a new truck and a check for $1000 and his first payment is July 18 2020.

Many of you don't like this but this is free money every cent he pays comes off the balance, he has no intentions of paying on his truck for 84 month but he can it's free money. Another guy in the dealer took a check for his trade of $16000 cash and financed the whole amount of his new truck he walked out the door with a check for $17000. and is using GM free money.

If I get the truck I ordered in February I'll be doing the same thing.

That's good in some regard but if you have good/great credit, the bigger rebates are still better than the 0% financing. Now if they will combine financing and rebates like we're hoping next month, now we're talking!

Nothing wrong there. His equity turnaround will probably be the same depending on mileage. So let it rip pay it off when you sell or keep it. Win-win.

With my CU offering 2.29 for 72 months the 0% financing isn’t anything special considering you have to leave a 6500 rebate on the table. Interest is only around 3500 paid over the 72 months on 50k financed. So by taking the special financing and looking at the whole picture in my situation it would cost me 3k more.
