Tire Size Help

Hello all, I have a 2013 Silverado Z71 package truck and my stock tires are a 265/65/18 but I am looking to go just a tad wider with a 275-65-18. I do not have a level kit or a lift kit installed btw. Would I have any issues with rubbing or anything like that? I really dont want to trim or cut anything to make it work but I dont think there would be any issues honestly but wanted to see someone else's opinion or experience. Thank you
