Yes, the lowest one is the one I would drain as you did.  If you wanted it to be a magnet you could always put a rare earth magnet on the bolt.  It would then act as one inside the transmission.

Yes and for the cost you could do it at every third oil change and know the fluid is fresh.  Like I said before, these transmission are hard on the fluid and run hotter than what is in the trucks, at least that is my understanding.

Well there you have it Justin C.

You can listen to an incoherent rant or some calm, cogent discussion by someone who actually worked on the program from its start.

Funny how people can get so angry over ATF.  You gotta wonder.  ???

I just wanted to share what I know & not suppositions.

Good luck to you on your decision.  I am done with this.

Good! Scaring people isn't helpful.

Lies are less so.

You shared NOTHING!

What you did do was deflect

Answer the questions.

What is the ISO 4406 cleanliness requirement?

What is A "lifetime".

If you worked on that project as anything other that the janitor in the cafeteria you know the answers.

There is no perpetual motion

There is no fountain of youth

There is no "Forever lubricating Fluid"

There might be a lifetime fluid if the lifetime is short enough

Angry? No. But I should be. It's like when someone lies to you and you know they are lying. They know you know and yet they continue the lie. Yea....like that.

:idiot:

I was going to have a clever answer. You came just in time. I’m sure I’ve been on the edge too many times already.[emoji3]
