halogen headlights on any truck is ridiculous....I just got LT 2500 and same as you it had halogens, I threw in some LEDs from sealight and very happy and it wasn't that expensive......

I agree. I have used sealight brand before and they were great even when I needed some troubleshooting and a defective product. They sent me a replacement overnight!
