Seriously GM, this is year 2020 and the stuff that should become standard on a vehicle is not because you guys became greedy with all your different trim packages. I have 2020 silverado LT I can not use voice commands to call someone because I didnt get the correct package because it cost the consumer thousands more to get it but it cost you guys pennies.  its garbage that the rear seat doesnt even come with cup holders. Due to these two issues and i have many more, but since just that one is a safety issue I will no longer become a GM consumer anymore. After 20 years of owning GM product i say so long. Just pitiful you guys care more about money then safety of your drivers.  Good bye and good luck

Trim levels exist so those that don't want all the ''extras' don't have to pay for them.

Exactly. That’s why I ordered an LTZ. Because I didn’t want/need the extra bells and whistles that the High Country had.
