I have the 2020 GMC 1500 Denali 4x4. I only use full synthetic oil in my vehicles. Acdelco dexos D ow-20 is a blend. Mobil 1 has full synthetic specified for this engine, mobil 1 esp x2 ow20.

Welcome to the forum!  Not sure what your question is.  The Mobil 1 is approved by GM for the truck.  You will want to keep documentation with receipts if using that to keep warranty intact.  I plan on using Mobil 1 for my oil changes.

The approved Mobile 1 and the Delco are the same exact oil in different bottles, FYI.

I don't know if that oil you're talking about is approved. I'm sure there are plenty of other oils out there that will work in the engine but aren't approved

edit: seems that I may be wrong, as they claim to be Dexos D licensed. hmmm

I think most of Mobil 1's oils are blends. If it says "Full Synthetic" it's basically a marketing gimmick. If it says "100% synthetic" that means there are no crude oil/minerals in it whatsoever.

Sir I think you have a problem with reality. Call GM and Mobil and see one stands behind their label. Please send me $100 when you get the truth.

I'm not going to call anyone. You should do some reading for yourself
