The different in acceleration in 2-3k rpm vs 4-5k rpm is quite huge. Is there a way to step on the gas to accelerate optimally?

 peak Torque/HP is at 4-5k RPMS and down low at2-3k rpms  not so much . I wonder if this is difference you are feeling ?
