What up.  Looking for anyone who does something like this.  Needing to do a fuel filter change and wondering if its worth it?  TIA

From the description for that product, it is not a fuel filter, but rather an oil filter setup...

That said, lots of guys go for third party fuel filter setups for their Duramax's.  They like clean, water-free fuel...

I've yet to see a post on here from anyone having issues with the stock fuel filter and I've never had any issues with the ones I've had on the 3 duramax trucks I've owned.  That being said, I always get fuel from a good reputable moderate volume station where the fuel doesn't have an opportunity to sit around long, and I change my fuel filter once a year, and keep a spare filter in the truck as well just in case the off chance I fill up with bad fuel or something plugs up quickly.
