Trailer TPMS sensors loose signal

Just checking to see if anyone has found a new solution to this issue. I'm getting ready to put my TST system back on. Hoping someone has found a repeater or a stronger antenna that will work without relocating the antenna to the trailer.

I have a 34' gooseneck aluminum race trailer, so my aft axles are at or beyond the 23' range limit.  I also have a number of in floor storage compartments (also aluminum) that could be impeding the line of sight to those aft axles, so I'll be trying to work through a number of these solutions.

 

Has anybody been able to get a repeater/booster to work?

worked great you will need to buy a speciality crimper for pin connectors if you don't have one already.

I learned this from another member, relocate the sensor below the bumper, fixed my problem on my 33 ft travel trailer.

I recently picked up a 24’ RST with trailer brake but it does not have the advanced trailering package that controls the trailer tpms. My question is am I able to add the module to my truck ?

Do you know if the wiring harness is there? It should be behind the rear license plate. Mine has a dummy plug right next to the module, I'm guessing if your truck doesn't have the module, your plug will be plugged into the dummy.
