Apologies if this is a dumb new guy question, but I tried search function and didn't come up with a lot of info.

I was looking to get a second set of winter rims for a Sierra 1500, I would prefer to stick to OEM rims if possible, and  was wondering if the newer rims for a 2019+ Sierras  would work?  or alternately if the rims for previous generation trucks would work?

Thanks.

Newer ones will.  So will older as long as they are at least 17" diameter.  16" won't fit over the brakes.

Awesome, thanks for the quick response.??️  I will keep an eye out for a set of take offs if I can find for a reasonable price.

2009 GMT900 17” wheels on my 2018. One set of stick on wheel weights fit in front with just barely enough clearance for caliper. Rear there is plenty of room between caliper and 17” wheel.

Nice looking combo!  Is that a cargo trailer camper conversion?

Thanks! Trailer is a 7x14 enclosed with rear ramp door. My Honda pioneer 1000-5 just barely fits due to height of 76” I cut in 3 double pane camper windows I bought off eBay and the trailer came with the camper door. It’s my lightweight toy hauler and camper without amenities. Lol better than a tent ? ?

1400lbs trailer weight empty

1700lbs 2017 Honda pioneer 1000-5

3100lbs total without camping gear.

A guy was asking about selling OEM take-offs earlier this week. You should talk to him.

Thanks all for the replies,  Those AT4 rims on those trucks looks awesome, and I ended up picking up a set of  2020 AT4 takeoff rims with the factory duratracs.

The tires have the TPMS in them, but looking at the data it sounds like the 2020+ TPMS may run on an different frequency, and I may have to get them changed out?

Anyone else have 2020+ rims/ tires that can confirm this is the case and the TPMS will not work?

2019 base model has nice alloy's on 17" rims, perfect for a 34-35" tire combo. I do prefer the Tahoe K2 PPV rims, they are wider than the truck rims and come in 17"  steel
