led reverse lights in 2018 GMC SLT

I want to change the 2 reverse bulbs to led’s, does anyone know if I’ll have any issues after swapping out the bulbs? any particular brand recommendations

I just bought a set from dieselled today, the LUMENEX LED (921) they are on sale from 100 bucks to 55, the reviews are all great and they’re supposed to be very bright.

I’ve got LED reverse lights in my 15 Sierra with Jon issues. I bought the JDMs off Amazon and am super happy with them.

That's one of the first mods that I did to my '18. I swapped out the cargo lights and reverse lights with 921 LED SUPER BRIGHT bulbs, and replaced my high mount brake light bulb with a SUPER BRIGHT RED LED (921) bulb. My only issue, fixed within minutes, was the left reverse light didn't work, INITIALLY, but I re-seated the bulb and they have all worked fine since.

I got the ones I ordered from dieselled and I can say with confidence these are probably one of the best options to go with, extremely bright. Took maybe 5 min to install both. You get what you pay for.

I got the one from sylvania Zevo led 921. No problem with them and they are really bright.

Put these in over 2 years ago, still working great.

First thing you notice though, they are bright and kind of overpower the factory camera (hope that makes sense), so keep your foot on the brake while backing up, between the 2 light sources, it makes a big improvement over the factory bulbs.

Yeah, noticed that with the ones that I installed too. It's a little odd that the red lights of the brakes clear it up some.

WOW! what a difference it makes. I replaced my backup lights & high mount cargo lights with LED's from Amazon here iBrightstar LEDs

I also bought & installed the "Diode cross wire" so that the LEDs on my trailer mirrors, the high mount cargo lights & my bed LEDs would come on when I put the truck into reverse or turned on the cargo light. I now feel like 'Tim the Tool Man Taylor' with MORE POWER! With all that light, it's almost blinding if your standing behind the truck at night. I also turned on setting for the time delay on the lights when I get out & now ALL the lights come on. I bet they can see me from any flying plane going over head! I'd post a picture but it's too bright for the camera.
