Guys, so much back and forth here but nobody has mentioned that BajaDesigns makes a bar specifically for grill-mount for this truck (I happen to have the same bar in my Tundra, likely will pull it for this new rig):

Compatible with shutter system.

Can be had with yellow lens or mixed. (interchangeable).

Thank you bro for finally helping out. I appreciate that! I just wish they sold the mount only, I have the light bar already. You know any where I can find just the mount??

Too bad that wouldn’t fit my 1500 ‘18. Maybe I wouldn’t want it though. It’s only 31,000 lumens. I would hate for a Chinese flashlight to be brighter than my Baja Designs light bar. ?

I like this option as it is clean and has the lights hidden behind/in the grill.

Not that I have a LTZ (I have LT trail boss) but any idea why it is not compatible with an LTZ?

I am not a fan of the light bars that are roof mounted, on the bumper or just look like that were stuck on the truck.

Does have more lumens then the first ones I posted (which were just for reference of what could be done) but still not chinese flashlight level.....Guess I will just have to buy one of those flashlights and hold it out the window.

I have an LTZ and would like to know why this wouldn't work as well! I've been looking for something exactly like this that won't ruin the lines of my front end but add some badly needed lums.

Another option is running the Squadron pods in the lower valence...depending on fit.  I had both Squadron Pros an a 20" S8 in my Tundra, thinking about pulling them for this new whip.tundra-125.thumb.jpg.1c8059ae453544899fc060fb0da86930.jpg

As for finding something that is 500,000 lumen, I likely won't as no one very few want to spend a grand on a bar, but I would.  Different strokes

Also, you do realize that lumens aren't always a higher-is-better scenario, right?  There is a proper amount of light for a given situation.  I doubt very much that even 100,000 lumens would be useful in 99% of them.

That chase rack of theirs looks bad ass.  I'm new to the game with lighting for the trucks, those Rigids are impressive, some of them getting into the 50k lumen range.  You are right though, 100k would be overkill in 99% of situations so I question why they're not variable or are some?

Even a L-M-H setting would be great for times when you're in a forest vs say, a snow packed field.
