Any reason why you'd want to go faster than 99? Just because your tires can?

because sometimes I choose to.

It can be changed but it will cost you money. Takes altering the BCM settings, some guy on here sells the stuff.

 

Be warned though, the factory driveshaft could let go at speeds above the limiter.

I rarely ever go that speed, and simply annoyed by the limiter at 99 - would only ever see it going to 105 max - I am not concerned.

Sounds like you could spend your money towards something else other than because you want to go over 99.
