2014 Silverado 1500 DRL issue

I can't figure out why my top passenger side DRL isn't working when driving/running, but it lights up just fine when I press the unlock button on my key fob. I'm assuming this means that the bulb is fine? I don't really want to tear apart the headlight assembly just to find out. Any ideas? Thank you.

Alright I guess I have the terminology wrong, but regardless, any idea why the top amber light isn't working when the truck is running?

Replace the bulb. They are dual filament. Parking lights are one filament, the other is for turn signal.
