Added the keys…and the front was slightly higher than the rear

Then I installed the rear blocks and new u-bolts. Seems to work out pretty well. It’s not a huge difference, but enough to get it up there slightly.

Looked over the emblem a little and thought about painting it. It’s got a little crack in the corner, so I figured I would paint it. If it looks bad I’ll get another one. Painted it with this texture trim paint. I think it looks alright and hides the crack in it.

Another exciting mod to make the truck mine, got my custom license plate! Took about 4 months for the tax commission to verify with the VA. But It’s worth it!

….another area I’m working on is the AC. After testing the ac we put dye in and charged it. It lasted for about two days and there was green dye all over the compressor.

And the new compressor next to the old one.

And threw in a new tensioner, ac belt, and drive belt from ac delco

About two days ago I noticed a coolant leak under the truck. Looks like the weap hole on the water pump is starting to leak. Time for a new water pump/gaskets I guess. Purty new AC Delco was in stock at work. Picked one up
