Ok so I was SUPER hesitant on doing this next mod. We had some leftover “blackout” emblems from a 2021 Silverado. So I thought I’d try putting them on my truck. I pulled the old ones off the tailgate and put the “Silverado” across the right side.

Here’s the before tailgate...

They’re just the right shade so that you can’t really see them...so I like them.

And since I had like 5 of them, I tried them on the doors....

I’m pretty excited about the emblems, and since my truck is an “LS” I’m going to try the doing this on the “LS” emblem by the window tomorrow.

Tried out the little LS emblem on one side. Love em!

UPS came by and dropped off my bed caps. I mocked it up to see how it would fit, which was pretty good. I noticed that where the old bed cover was, the primer was showing some. So I taped it off and gave it a quick spray.

We have lift off! I traded an old subwoofer for a set of tortious keys/blocks. It’s a 2.5 lift, so I got after it this morning! I measured the front so see what the lift was before. About 36 and 1/4.
