Great job!

I start with a shop vacuum and some various size and stiffness paint brushes. Then a bucket of hot water and Dawn with a microfiber cut in quarters. Then cold rinse water and microfibers, again in quarters, until the rinse water remains clean. That takes awhile. Finally a dressing. Meguiars Back to Black, or a their ceramic hybrid spray wax. This time I'm trying Cerakote. I've been doing this about twice a year since I bought her, spring and fall, so not quite the job you've tackled but with good results. This is last falls results.

That's too fancy. 🙃

I just use the foam cannon, let it sit for a minute and just blast it with the pressure washer. Close the hood, finish the rest and start it right up.

I usually spray mine down with Simple Green, let it set a minute or two and then rinse with the hose with the nozzle off so the water is just coming out of the open end of the hose.  No pressure.  Seems to work well especially if you stay on top of it and don't let it get to dirty.  I think once I get the 2019 cleaned up, I'm going to spray it down with AMSOIL's Mud Slinger and see how that works.

The method I use uses zero running water and never soaks a connector. Just say' n. 😉

Actually got the method off You Tube from a pro detailer.

I trust the weatherpack connectors enough to just go to town. I don't hold the nozzle 2 inches away or anything, just a few feet back to blast the dirt away.

Well, so far so good with cleaning the engine. I bought the little block off plate gasket, but then I realized you have to change the oil to replace it 🤕. I don’t feel like doing that right after I just did it lol.

On the way home the passenger window had a hard time going up and down. So I pulled the door card and found. Bunch of white pieces from the window regulator. Bought a new one, just waiting for it to arrive. The white part by the springs keep coming out too.

With the way the used car market is right now, might want to get a value. Looks really good in the pictures.

May be able to make a good profit, then move on to the next one before you put anymore money into it.

You should be able to do that gasket without changing the oil. That gasket is higher than the oil level in the oil pan when not running.

I got the new actuator and motor in the door. Pretty easy install. I’m gonna wait though to put the panel back. I don’t want ANY rattles. Plus the speaker needs replaced too

As for another fix, I found a used tailgate cover upstairs at work. Good condition too! Here’s the before
