2010 Front Tow-Hook Bolt Torque Specification

Need to replace the front tow hooks on my 2010 GMC Sierra due to corrosion, anyone have the torque specification for those bolts? 

 

I could only find an install guide for 2016+...

honestly bro, put them on and use your impact, after about 1.5 seconds of it wanting to struggle leave it be. they are tow hooks and impact tight is good enough.
