brake pad replacement results in 43 mph warning with brake system failure warning

I put the truck in brake service mode when doing the rears (required to release the rear calipers) and didn’t have these issues after replacing the rear pads. 
 

I did not put the truck in service mode when replacing the front pads and rotors, so that is a great question (whether putting the vehicle is service mode would have prevented this).

It did on mine. Completed 3 jobs front and back with no issues whatsoever. First time I put it in service mode without my scan tool, did fine. Next 2 were with the aid of my scan tool to put it in service mode, same result. So I would definitely say it doesn’t hurt at all being that most are equipped with electronic braking/calipers.
