Brake/turn signal help 06 silverado 4.8 crew cab

When i use my right turn signal both reverse lamps blink as wella s the third brake light. So far i have replaced the tail light circuit and the blinker module neither helped. It looks like the tail light harness have been replaced on both sides. Could the wrong harness cause this?
