Pulled my valve cover to check if I had a bad lifter (misfires, whine, and over all poor running). I don't, but can not for the life of me find the bolt pattern or torque specs.

Appreciate any help

Just snug it down. I never torque them to factory spec again because I don't want to risk it on an aluminum cylinder head.

Back in the day we used to use a 3/8 ratchet and hold it by the head when tightening valve covers. This limits the torque you can apply.

Probably a good reason for that is because most peeps don't know the difference between "inch pounds" and "foot pounds". 😉

Incase anyone else needs it - 89 imch pounds in 3 steps (30in/lb 60in/lb 89 in/lb), and the pattern is the same as the intake manifold, which is easily found.
