I just purchased the correct backup camera for my 2018 3500hd. When I originally plugged it in, It worked. While installing it, I accidently ran a screw through the wire. Obviously, it stopped working. I repaired the wire, still didn't work. I have since replaced the camera and it still doesn't work. When I place it in reverse, the screen just shows the camera with a cross hatch through it. Is there a fuse somewhere \? I am stumped

Any dealership can print it for you.

You could also try emailing [email protected] with your name and VIN and they will reply with the build sheet.

However, I've read some posts that say they quit doing that. (the email method, not the dealership)

In the glove box, there will be a sticker "Service Parts Identification". This sticker will have a bunch of 3 letter/numerical codes. These codes will break down every option your truck has, which was super informative. I was very ****** about this and ended up creating an excel spreadsheet with the RPO code and what it is.
