Has anyone hardwired a dash cam into a 22 refresh truck? In my elevation it appears that in the passenger fuse box there is only 1 switched fuse (F26 USB Ports/Special Equipment option Retained Acessory Power). The heater steering wheel fuse that was recommended appears to be always hot now. Am I doing something wrong or is that what others are finding? Wanted to ask before ordering a micro3 fuse tap since I already have micro2 taps

Yeah the question is if there are any micro2 that are switched since I have them before I order a micro3

Run the power wiring to the driver side fuse box under the steering column. I used the rear window slider fuse to add a 12vDC power outlet. I can't remember which port it is, just what port I used and which fuse box it was in.

Whoops, missed that part. I ran the power from the passenger side fuse box. I'm pretty sure I used micro2. I'll take a look later.

I have the same question.  I think I'll just get a micro 3 adapter since that's what most people seem to be doing.  Where did you put your battery wire and ground.  I used the silver bolt right by the fuse box.  Now I'm thinking I need a more substantial ground, but am unsure.
