06 Sierra 1500 Abs and Brake dash lights burning constant

Recommended Posts

Alright everyone, thanks for the replies. Yes it has fluid, non of the obvious problems were the actual issue. Hooked a more modern scanner to it and the only code being thrown is for the passenger front seat occupation sensor.

there is a fuse for the abs that will cause the lights to go on if bad also check the connections on the ABS module and the wiring to it. varmints love chewing on wires and with the module under the truck it's more prone to damage. stupid place for it imo

So, a few things. We’ve scanned the truck an upward of 10 times. Each time it fails to communicate with the ABS module. We’ve checked wires and the Light Blue Class 2 Data wire is run from the module to the Red block in the junction block at F4, yet there aren’t any diagrams showing that to be a serial data wire at the block nor where it should run after that.
