03blackz71 Posted August 21, 2022 Posted August 21, 2022 (edited) I found a set of Bora 3/8" slip on spacers for cheap and was going to add them to the front for more tire clearance. They are hubcentric for both the hub and wheel. Are these ok to use? Any issues with them? If any of you are using them, how long have you had them on and how often do you torque them down? jaxcam02 Posted August 23, 2022 Posted August 23, 2022 (edited) I tried the 3/8 spacers and they were a little bit too much for my liking. I couldn't get more than 6 rotations on my lugs. The 6 mm one from readylift (aftermarket wheels only) are about the biggest slip on spacer I would feel comfortable with without changing the lug bolts to longer ones. 03blackz71 Posted August 24, 2022 Author Posted August 24, 2022 I got 7+ turns on mine. It seems they are fine. I checked them daily and the lugnuts did not loosen up at all.
Diamond817 Posted October 25, 2022 Posted October 25, 2022 I have 3/8" and 1/2" spacers. I torqued then once and they never loosened. I did however, change out the wheel studs for longer studs. I posted it here:
