Retrofit for missing the digital temperature displays on the temperature knobs

My 2022 LTD LT came WITHOUT them . I googled, saying due to global microchip shortage. Can I ask a dealer to get them as retrofit service? Is there anyone who has installed them by dealer after purchasing?

I doubt that GM will let a dealer retrofit anything like that. If it didn't have it to begin with. You might can find an aftermarket programmer that can do it but, then your looking at the cost versus convenience.

I don't know but I would miss them - I love having those.

Gm delete my Rear Wheel well liners and refunded the entire price. 

 

For the Heated seats and steering wheel they offered a credit back for the inconvenience and they will retrofit these items.  It should be on your window sticker.

 

My 2022 RST ordered in February last year just had the heated Seat module installed beginning of this January and the heated steering module just came in and is being installed next Tuesday.

 

I had to order the Rear wheel well liners and wait for those to come in from GM once they had stock but they did give people who had them deleted priority over the stock. So I had them by the end of May.

 

I'm not sure if they are going to retrofit the climate controls.
