Has anyone had any luck getting this issue fixed?   The video I posted was the 3rd set of mirrors installed on my 2023.  It is currently at the dealership again for replacement but I don't have faith it will be fixed.

I have the same issue with 2024 Silverado HD. Driver side mirror is incredibly loose, to the point i think it'll come off anytime i hit a bump. Truck is well within warranty. Took it to the dealer twice for this issue, and they said they cannot fix it because it is not "broken". I asked the dealer if they would fix the dings and damage when the mirror finally fell off and they said to provide documents proving that i brought it in for repairs to prove this was an issue if it falls off.

I’ve read somewhere that if the power mirrors get out of whack you can retract and extend them and that should help.  And fold and open.

Driver mirror doesn’t rattle at this point but just washed it yesterday, was about -8 out. Parked at the gym for a couple hours and folded the mirrors in (2024 3500HD Chev). I came out and unfolded the mirrors and the drivers side one folded out almost to the hood. Went to Chev they said the sensor is likely iced up, park it in the garage and it should be fine. Did that and went to the gym again, backed out of the garage, mirror seemed to work fine. Parked at the gym, folded mirrors in and when I came out a couple hours later same issue….driver mirror folded all the way forward again…..anyone else experience this issue as well and will it correct itself in warmer weather??

I have a 2022 Chevy 3500 High Country. Diver side mirror became loose and rattles.  Dealership replaced under warranty. Replacement mirror is having the same issue. Truck is still under Factory "Bumper to Bumper" warranty. Dealership is telling me GM won't warranty a 2nd replacement. They are telling me GM is now stating this is normal.  $80,000 truck and it's falling apart. Seems to be poor design by GM and now they don't want to warranty their product.

If it is 'normal' why doesn't every trick do it.  My 2024 (first) did it and they were going to replace it but i traded it in before the parts came.  My second 24 doesn't do it (yet) and neither my 21 nor 22 did it.  This is a cop out for shoddy workmanship in my opinion.

I have exactly the same issue with my newly purchased 2024 2500 HD. I love this truck, but the one serious pet peeve is the mirrors. My driver's side mirror rattles over bumps and both mirror glasses vibrate excessively just driving on normal roads. The pivot point has a ton of play and really is annoying. I plan to take it to the dealer to (hopefully) replace the mirror before my warranty runs out. Great truck so far otherwise. I worked for GM for 26 years and I hope they will stand by their product as they have in the past!

I wanted to do a follow-up to my previous post. I took my truck to my preferred local dealer (Rick Hendrick Chevrolet) and they replaced the driver's outside mirror. It is MUCH better! The new mirror is 100% tight and does not rattle like the old one did. The mirror glass itself is still shaky in both mirrors, but the rattle was the big issue for me and it's fixed. Thank you Rick Hendrick Chevrolet and thanks GM for standing behind your product.

I feel like my 2025 mirrors rattle much less than my 2022 mirrors did.  Now the tightness of the trim on the outside of the 2025 mirrors seems a bit to be desired.  Although, so far I haven't heard or seen any issues with the trim.  Just when you dry it off it moves around at the seam a lot.

I have a 2024 Silverado High country 3500 and it has the power tow mirror shake as well.  Drivers side shakes violently when I hit cracks in the road and the passenger side made a popping noise one morning.  After I took off driving, I realized the mirror was folded all the way to the way forward to the fender.  I was able to "reset the mirror" to where it would fold normally again. but the plastic housing that surrounds the pivot housing has a large crack in it now.  Took it to my local dealer here in Fairbanks, AK and they did a warranty claim, but Chevy denied it saying the shake is normal and the crack is wear and tear??  I have it on my security camera from the morning it broke and they still say they don't even want to see it.  Asked about an appeal process and the GM Customer care line people were very rude and basically told me, we made our decision and you can just pay out of pocket.  A $90K truck with 12K miles that's less than a year old and I just need to "pay out of pocket" like $3k plus for new side mirrors???  Needless to say, I am far from impressed with GM customer service and pretty angry I wasted $90K on a truck that the mirrors are falling off of.

Does anyone have any other avenues to try to "Appeal" GMs decision?

I agree.  My 2022 2500 mirrors would rattle more.  Not bad, just large bumps.  I feel like my 2025 3500 doesn't rattle as much.
