Already get a rubbing noise when turning, but lately, I have also been getting a popping or thud when turning at slow speeds over bumps. Anyone else have this? Any ideas?

Have an appointment with the dealer this week, just trying to do some research first.

Wow you really seem to be having a lot of problems with that 22 Denali. Rubbing, popping and the seat?

It’s the whole reason I left GM for Ram, so I know this is par for the course. Have anything productive to say? I assumed this was a place to get help.

Seat frame is a common issue, I’m assuming the rubbing is the lower boot on the steering column (had the same issue on my 2020) and it’s not a big deal either. Either way, that’s what warranties are for so I’m not worried about it.

What did the dealer say?  I was going to ask if by any chance you are in 4WD or Auto?

Dealer got them fixed! Apparently there was a TSB for the drivers side rear leaf spring.

Do you by chance have the TSB number on your paperwork?

Yes, here it is

I'm a little lost on this. You mentioned on your first post that it was a popping noise when turning in the front end, but the dealer did the TSB for the rear and that fixed it?

Was there nothing done in the front? I ask because my 2021 may have this issue, it's not my daily driver, but I've experienced this a couple times over the past few years. Plus the annoying squeaking in the rear leaf spring when I get in it

Remember guys, trying to isolate sounds in a vehicle can be misleading and tricky. Might have sounded like it was coming from the front, but wasn't?

My first '23 LT had some sort of a noise coming from what sounded to me like the rear. I didn't have the truck long enough to have it checked out, but it may been this same "infamous" loose leaf spring shackle as well.

Haha yes! Sounded like the front because the popping occurred when the front was compressed. Turned out, it was because it was stretching or compressing the springs in the rear at that time.

Interesting and thanks for the clarity.
