2017 Silverado jerking problem

I have a 2017 Silverado 1500. 4wd. 151000 miles on it. It has a new factory rebuilt transmission in it. They also done a motor mount at the same time. this occurred in middle of March. 
My issue is when I am driving and going up a slight grade around 45-55mph I get a jerk. The tach moves, and there is an audible difference in sound. At higher speeds and steeper grades there is no issues. 
Transmission fluid is clean. No transmission codes. 
Any ideas?

how many miles on the new transmission, might be still trying learn the driving pattern
